Booking accommodation for my colleague with Tranquila Hotels and Suites Abuja was the best decision. The hotel is perfect. Gabriel Matthew provided top-notch service throughout the entire stay in Abuja. Gabriel Matthew was incredibly responsive, organizing airport transfers and transport seamlessly while my colleague was visiting. He even went above and beyond to ensure my colleague had access to internet outside of the hotel, which was a huge help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and overall, my colleague felt that the hotel was exemplary. Thanks again to Gabriel Matthew and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality!

I am writing to share my wonderful experience at Tranquila Hotels and Suites in Abuja. My colleague Pius recently stayed there; they provided exemplary service that exceeded all our expectations. I would like to commend the exceptional service provided to my colleague, Pius, who was given first class service from the moment he was picked up from the airport to being transported around Abuja. Additionally, the WIFI service at the hotel was excellent, ensuring that he could stay connected at all times. I would also like to mention the outstanding assistance provided by Gabriel, who helped us arrange for an airport transfer in Abakaliki. Despite being in Kenya at the time, I was in constant communication with Gabriel via WhatsApp, coordinating my colleague's accommodation and transport needs. Gabriel's dedication to ensuring a seamless experience was truly commendable, as he went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Moreover, the rooms at Tranquila Hotels and Suites are spacious, impeccably clean, and the breakfast served was perfect. The ambiance, the facilities, cleanliness, peace and quiet. The area was very nice and private. Pool very clean and top notch. It was very easy to get bolt rides to wherever and from wherever. Then the staff, so polite and chill. Trust me, there is no better choice.

Everything . In most Abuja hotels , this particular room is one of the most comfortable and large rooms .. the building even after two years has maintained its originality . It’s my new favorite hotel .

The location was good. Rooms and internal environment were neat. Brakefast was a bit below standard, but it can be improved on. Well equipped gym.
